This phospholipid smoothie is a good option for breakfast during a busy work week. It’s full of good fats (Omega 3, 6 and 9’s) to help fuel your brain and will keep you full until lunchtime!
Ingredients:
½ avocado
½ banana
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp hemp oil or flax oil 1 dessert spoon (10ml)
1 tbsp ground seeds
2 tbsp natural yogurt or soya/coconut yoghurt if dairy intolerant
Optional: 1-2 handfuls of Blueberries (or other berries)/chopped brazil nuts
A little water in order to make it drinkable…
Method:
Blend everything until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
