Meet Caroline

Nutritional Therapist and founder of Discover Nutrition

I’m Caroline Seale with a background in Nutritional Therapy, Health Coaching and Functional Medicine.

I have helped hundreds of my clients to take control over their digestive health and get their life back by looking at and treating the body as a whole system.  I have a proven 5 R Programme for Digestive Wellness that optimises gut function to support overall health.

My passion for health and wellness stemmed from own health journey after a diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome followed by M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It was only when I started my 3 year Diploma in Nutritional Therapy that I understood how to find out what was causing my ill health at a biochemical level. Armed with this new-found knowledge I was able to regain my health, and have since never looked back. Because of my experience, I can totally relate to your symptoms, worries and frustrations.

You have probably tried numerous diets, visited many health professionals and are still searching for those answers.   When you work with me, I’ll bring along my tool kit of intuition, empathy, information gathering, knowledge bank of science-based evidence and ability to simplify it, so that you can understand what’s going on.  You’ll gain peace of mind with a clear personalised action plan on how I’ll support you to feel yourself again.

If you’re struggling to manage the day-to-day demands of work and home life due to exhaustion and constant gut symptoms, find out more about my 90 Day Gut Restore Programme.
